This gun just has very few obvious downsides, which may be enough to compensate for the fact that it has relatively few outright dominant qualities. The jury is still out on the Krig 6 compared to its closest competition, but there is a very good chance this gun ends up being one of the most dominant in Warzone by the time this meta settles.Ī slight buff to the Krig’s overall damage makes it even easier to appreciate this gun’s massive magazine and minor recoil. Seriously, the range on this thing feels like a joke at times, and I’m not entirely sure its current long-range damage potential is supposed to be quite this strong. However, the C58 is an absolutely dominant weapon at long ranges. After all, the C58 hasn’t been a dominant gun and initially appears less desirable than ever before after a recent series of nerfs greatly impacted its overall damage potential. This probably comes across as a weird choice. It’s one of those guns you can feel confident holding in most situations, which certainly puts it on the shortlist of the best guns in the game. The Stoner isn’t really your best close-range LMG option, but it’s strangely powerful at medium to long ranges for a weapon in this class. It’s been clearly outclassed by other options in the past, but now that so many of Warzone’s powerhouse guns have been nerfed, this is the time to take another look at this LMG. The Stoner 63 has been in a weird spot over the last couple of Warzone updates. Granted, the nerf to this gun’s overall damage and headshot damage multiplier might look bad, but the buffs to its limb damage multipliers mean that it’s actually easier than ever to make the most out of this previously promising weapon.īesides, how often do you really go for headshots with an SMG? This thing’s spray potential is just shy of ridiculous at the moment, and it’s clearly one of the best options in its class. It’s kind of a toss-up between this and the AMAX at the moment, but this gun can shred in the right situations. The FARA’s large magazine and rate of fire honestly make it closer to an SMG than an assault rifle, but it’s still viable enough at longer ranges to justify its AR status. The FARA suffered a couple of nerfs in the Season 4 Reloaded patch, but they didn’t do enough to prevent this rising star from securing its status as one of the best assault rifles in the game. The DMR-14 is another one of those guns that weren’t nerfed in the Season 4 Reloaded patch and, as such, has the unique advantage of getting ahead by standing still. This gun will probably never be an “easy button,” but the right player can dominate with it. The Kar98k is pretty much the same as it ever was, which means it’s still a very powerful ranged gun for anyone who doesn’t mind going for headshots. Most of Warzone’s sniper rifles are kind of in a rough spot at the moment, but the Kar98k distinguishes itself from its immediate competition largely by virtue of being the most reliable sniper in the game. You can’t rely on this one at a distance, but given this monster’s time to kill potential, it’s easy to recommend taking the time to build a PKM loadout. This PKM is an absolute nightmare at close range thanks to its recent damage buff, and it is honestly not that bad at medium ranges either. The PKM’s recent nerfs would seemingly leave it on the outside looking in, but the PKM ultimately survived this latest patch and stands as arguably the best overall LMG in Warzone. The CR-56 AMAX survived the latest round of nerfs relatively unscathed and, as a result, happens to still be one of the most consistent damage dealers in the game as well as a surprisingly devastating option at medium ranges.
